Dott. Llubani is a licensed architect and current PhD candidate in Urbanism at TU Graz, she brings extensive academic and
professional experience across Albania, Austria, and Italy. Her expertise spans architectural history, urban typologies, restoration, and post‐socialist spatial transformation, supported by teaching roles at the Polytechnic University of Tirana (since 2019) and Marin Barleti University (2013-2020). She has contributed to key scholarly works, including archival research on Albanian cultural buildings (Cinemas and Theatres: Albanian Architectural Projects 1945–1990, LIT Verlag, 2021), theoretical writing on typology (“Typology" in Critical Terms for Architecture, TU Graz, 2022), and peer‐reviewed
studies on Europeanization and urban modernization (Southeast European and Black Sea Studies, 2025: 25,3). Her professional profile is complemented by strong public‐facing experience as producer of the architecture and urbanism podcast “Zero” on Radio Helsinki, which directly supports the module’s dissemination strategy. With 50+ public talks, community engagement in accessibility and heritage projects, and multilingual competencies, she will coordinate Eastern European case studies, support teaching delivery, and lead the module’s podcast component, ensuring high‐quality integration of research, pedagogy, and outreach.
