The Regional Studies Association’s European Foundation (RSA Europe) is pleased to announce a knowledge exchange opportunity for current PhD students and early career researchers: The Commissioner’s Seminar Series on Cohesion Policy.

This seminar series is an initiative by Dr Elisa Ferreira, EU Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms and a collaborative venture organised between Commissioner Ferreira and her Cabinet; the European Commission's Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) in partnership with RSA Europe.

The Seminar Series offers the opportunity to bring together a small group of researchers and high-level EU policymakers to share latest research but also to refresh the expertise from which the Commission pulls in formulating and implementing policy. The Series also offers participants the opportunity to gain high-level policy related feedback on their research.

We are pleased to announce the second seminar in the series:
2nd Commissioner Seminar: Differentiated approaches to inclusive, responsible and sustainable innovation
1st December 2022, in-person, Brussels, Belgium

The seminar is open to a maximum of 15 participants who are either current PhD students or early career researchers. There is no fee to attend the seminar, travel and accommodation will be arranged and expenses covered.

More details on the focus of this seminar and the application process (deadline is 4th November, 16:00 CET) can be found at https://www.rsaeurope.org/event/2022-commissioners-seminar-series/

This is a fantastic opportunity to get feedback on your research from high-level policymakers and to network with policymakers and researchers working on innovation aspects.
